1.3 Boat Party Organisers and Attendees

Through the Services, Boat Party Ibiza provides a simple and quick means for contracted Boat Parties (see agreement here)  who are the event organizers, planners and organizations (“Organizers”) to create in collaboration with us the event registration, speaker profile, organizer profile, fundraising and other webpages related to their events, to promote those pages and those events and to sell tickets and registrations (or issue free registrations), solicit donations and sell merchandise related to those events to users who wish to make purchases, registrations or donations from or to such events (including to free events) (“Attendees”).
1.4Users

Attendees and other visitors and browsers of the Services collectively as “Users” or “you.”

2.1 Application

5.1 Essential (strictly necessary)

The services allow Users to formulate comments and make public its comments regarding the contents of this application.

Users, depending on the settings chosen by the owner, they can leave comments even anonymously. In the case of the Personal Data provided by the User will be the email, this could be used to send notifications of comments concerning the same content. Users are responsible for the content of their comments.
In the case in which is installed a service of comments provided by third parties, it is possible that, even in the case where the Users do not use the service of comment, the same collect traffic data about the pages in which the service is installed comment.
